People always give me shit about being from Texas. I don't understand it, but maybe JR or GWB ruined it. Regardless, fuck all y'all haters - Texas rocks - and a real Texan would either kick your ass, or buy you a beer - but most likely do both.
If you can brave the law down there, you might want to check out Austin; it is a sapphire among mesquite brush and rattlers and rednecks. Austin hosts the annual South By Southwest music festival/tradeshow/conference/beerfest, which is going on now. If you're not there, you're really not that cool.. f'n-a -Perez even made it!
If you can't make SXSW (like me- not cool), listen to KUT. You'll get your SXSW fix without moving from your swiss ball and glass 'o whiskey.
Once SXSW is over, listen to KUT anyway.
